Dipankar Dasgupta
Director – Strategy & Collaboration
Dipankar Dasgupta joined Pinnacle as a Partner & Senior Vice President in July 2012. Prior to this he was Global Head of Networks, at NSN Academy. His previous roles at Nokia include Solution Sales Head and CTO for Nokia Networks APAC. With over 30 years’ experience through key leadership roles, he brings extensive experience in telecom landline and mobile networks. Prior to Nokia, Dipankar was VP & Chief Architect for Lucent Technologies (A/P). Dipankar started his career at the world-renowned Bell Laboratories in the USA.
Lucya Suryandari
Director – Finance & Personnel
Lucya Suryandari joined Pinnacle, Indonesia in June 2012 as Head of Tutorial Operations. She brings nearly 18 years of experience in the corporate world having worked for Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia Ltd and United Can. Lucya has a solid understanding of people management, customer service, operations and communications, having served various such roles in her past career. As a graduate of Tarakanita Academy Jakarta, Lucya brings a strong understanding of the Indonesia market combined with the exposure of working in diverse multi-cultural organizations.
Joel Razon
Director – ICT & Marketing
Joel Razon joined Pinnacle in Oct 2016 to strengthen our Digital Marketing and ICT facilities. He brings 25 years industry experience in Telecom, Marine and Infrastructure. His recent tenures include: Director Operations for Siliwangi; Project Director for Nokia and Head of Project Ops at Ericsson. Joel deep insight of ICT and digital marketing brings needed focus to our online education and digital media activity. Having worked in the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Taiwan, he brings a solid understanding of the Asian landscape and regional business requirements.
Arjun Trivedi (Founder / Senior Advisor) brings over 30 years of industry experience as a senior business professional. His recent tenures include: Global Head Learning Operations for Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) Academy and, Managing Director for NSN Indonesia. Arjun has a good understanding of the learning and education business including hands-on experience in managing these globally. He also brings deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific business landscape including dealing with cross cultural business requirements in the region.
